What fees apply when I'm using my OKX Card? (EEA)
The OKX Card is designed around transparent cost mechanics.
Fees OKX does not charge
OKX does not charge:
card transaction fees
foreign exchange (FX) fees for card spending
What still applies: conversion spread
When conversion from stablecoins to fiat happens for settlement, a market-rate conversion spread of 0.1% applies at the time of purchase. This spread reflects conversion mechanics (stablecoins to fiat) rather than a separate card usage fee.
What happens to non-EUR purchases
For purchases in currencies other than EUR:
The exchange rate is determined by the Mastercard network
OKX does not add an additional FX markup on top of the Mastercard rate
What “no FX fees” means
“No FX fees” means OKX isn’t charging an extra foreign exchange fee for card payments. It does not mean currencies never convert or that conversion has zero impact.
Always check in-app disclosures
For the most accurate breakdown of a specific transaction, check transaction details and conversion info in the OKX app at the time of purchase.
