How do I change my verified name?

Note: this feature may not be available in all regions. If you’re unable to access it, please contact the OKX Assistant for support.

On the app

1. Go to Main menu > Profile

2. Select Identity verification from the Profile

   

   Select Identity verification from the user center page

3. Select the Legal name option to update your name and you'll be asked to reconfirm before proceeding to the next phase.

   

   Tap the edit icon to edit your name

   

   Select Confirm to proceed to change your name

4. Fill in your Full name in English and Full name in Korean, then select Save changes to complete your name change.

   

   Select save changes once you've filled in your new name
